Lumoo.tv provides access to an IPTV streaming service — live channels, video on demand and an electronic programme guide — delivered as an M3U playlist and Xtream Codes API credentials. We are a service provider and do not host, produce or broadcast any of the content made available.
Each tier permits a fixed number of simultaneous connections: Lumoo One 1, Duo 2, Family 3 and Max 5. A connection is one active stream, so a 3-connection tier allows three different channels on three screens at the same time. Sharing credentials outside your household, reselling access without a reseller agreement, or exceeding your connection count may result in suspension without refund.
One free 24-hour trial is available per household. Trials are issued manually, may be limited during peak demand and give access to the same channels and VOD library as a paid subscription. A trial can be withdrawn in case of abuse.
Prices are shown in US dollars. There is no automatic renewal and no contract — you decide at the end of each period whether to extend. Service is activated automatically once payment is confirmed.
First-time orders are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If a technical problem cannot be resolved by our team within a reasonable time, the affected period is refunded in full. Refunds are not given for a change of mind after 7 days, or for accounts suspended for sharing or resale.
We target 99.9% monthly availability and announce planned maintenance where possible. Server works, ISP routing faults and problems in your own network are outside our control and excluded from the uptime calculation.
You agree to use the service for personal, private viewing only, to keep your credentials secure, and to comply with the laws of your country of residence. You are responsible for determining whether particular content may legally be viewed where you are.
Cancel at any time simply by not renewing. To end an active subscription early, contact support — where a fault caused the request, the unused remainder is refunded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
